II. International Topkapi Social Sciences and Humanities conference
Conditions of Registration:
The Scientific Committee of the conference welcomes research abstracts that present innovative approaches or provide significant contributions and findings in the domain of social and human sciences. Abstract submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:
§ Content Requirements:
- The abstract must focus on a topic relevant to the humanities, social sciences, or closely related fields.
- It should adhere to established scientific standards, containing no fewer than 200 words and no more than 300 words.
- The abstract should clearly articulate the research significance, objectives, research problem, and provide a concise outline of the study.
§ Submission Guidelines:
- The title of the research must be clearly stated at the beginning of the abstract.
- The name(s) of the author(s), along with their institutional affiliation and country, should appear directly above the abstract.
- Contact details, including an email address and phone number (WhatsApp number, if available), should be provided.
- A recent photograph of the author(s) should be placed at the top of the page.
- A brief academic biography of the author(s) should be included beneath the abstract.
§ Submission Process:

The Scientific Committee will review submissions promptly and notify the authors of accepted abstracts. Accepted researchers will be invited to submit their full papers for conference participation, under the following conditions:
§ Full Paper Submission:
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- The first page of the manuscript should include the full research title, the name(s) of the researcher(s), academic rank, institutional affiliation, and email address in both Arabic and English.
- An abstract in both Arabic and English must accompany the full research paper.
- The length of the manuscript should not exceed 25 pages, including references, tables, figures, and appendices, and should not be shorter than eight pages.
- The manuscript should be prepared as a Microsoft Word document, with 2 cm margins on all sides and line spacing of 1.0.
- For Arabic manuscripts, use Simplified Arabic font, 14 pt size for the main text, 20 pt bold for the main headings, and 16 pt bold for subheadings.
- For English or other Latin-script manuscripts, use Times New Roman, 12 pt size for the main text, and 14 pt size for the main headings.
- References and citations should follow the APA-7th edition style.
